The Naples lifestyle extends well beyond the address. Discover the experiences, places and everyday pleasures that make living here so distinctive.
Where you live shapes how you spend your days. In Naples, that may mean a morning on the tennis court, an afternoon at a gallery or performance, dinner at a favorite restaurant, or simply time outdoors enjoying the Gulf.
Understanding those rhythms is part of understanding a community. After living in Pelican Bay since 1996 and working in Naples real estate since 1997, Marcia brings a resident's perspective to the lifestyle that surrounds the property.
Naples offers an active arts and cultural scene that adds another dimension to life here. Performances, exhibitions, galleries and community events provide opportunities to enjoy the arts throughout the season and beyond.
Artis—Naples is an important part of that landscape, while galleries, museums and cultural organizations throughout the area offer an ever-changing calendar of experiences.
Golf, tennis and pickleball are woven into the recreational life of Naples, but access and membership vary considerably by community and facility.
In Pelican Bay, resident amenities include an extensive racquet program, while private golf membership at Club Pelican Bay is separate from the amenities available to Pelican Bay property owners. Elsewhere in Naples, private clubs, bundled golf communities and public options create still more choices.
Explore Golf & Racquet Sports →One of the pleasures of living in Naples is discovering the places you return to again and again, from relaxed neighborhood restaurants to special-occasion dining and an afternoon spent browsing the shops.
Waterside Shops, Fifth Avenue South, Third Street South and other destinations each offer a different experience. Rather than an exhaustive directory, Marcia's approach is to share the places and areas that help clients begin getting to know Naples.
Naples has a strong tradition of philanthropy and community involvement. For many residents, becoming part of Naples also means finding meaningful ways to support organizations, causes and institutions that matter to them.
Whether through the arts, education, health care, conservation or community service, there are many opportunities to become involved and build connections beyond one's immediate neighborhood.
Whether you are visiting to explore neighborhoods, returning for the season or welcoming family and friends, where you stay can shape the experience. Explore a curated collection of Naples accommodations selected for their setting, style and connection to the areas clients most often want to experience.
Explore Where to Stay →The Gulf has a way of becoming part of everyday life. Morning walks, quiet afternoons, sunset gatherings and time spent outdoors create a rhythm that is distinctly Naples. In Pelican Bay, private beach access and resident services make that connection especially easy to enjoy.
After living in Pelican Bay since 1996, I know that choosing a home in Naples is about much more than bedrooms, views or square footage. It is also about what you want your days to look like.
Understanding the communities, clubs, cultural life and everyday conveniences around a property can be just as important as understanding the property itself. That perspective is part of every conversation I have with my clients.
